Port Blair, March 28: Taking stringent action against the law breakers the Aberdeen Police Unit has arrested three accused in the scuffle that took place between two groups of Private Bus Operators on 24th March near Ayush Hospital, Medical Bus Stand.
As per reports, the Aberdeen Police Unit has also seized the Car used by the three accused namely C Shiva, A Sathaiah and A Muthu.
On 23rd March one of the private bus drivers died because of some diseases following which the Private Bus Operator Union decided to discontinue their services on 24th afternoon for a day.
The order of the union was not followed by a Private Bus that provided service from Brookshabad to Medical Bus Stand which was the reason behind the scuffle.
After the investigation the Aberdeen Police Unit has filed a case under section 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC against all the accused. However, it is learnt that all the accused has been released on bail.
