Port Blair, Mar 20: For the interest of the Cultural organisations, individual performers and with the aim to promote more and more performing arts activities Music – Dance and Drama in the islands, Padma Shree Awardee, Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, Swachh Bharat Ambassador today met Mr. B.Eshwar Rao, Chairman, Municipal Council, Port Blair and showed a presentation to him with a demand for reducing the charges of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Auditorium Port Blair from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs.5000/- (without A.C) to the Cultural organisations, individual performers who book Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Auditorium for cultural performances non commercially just for the entertainment of the general public and tourists.
