Port Blair, Mar 09: The Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI), Andaman & Nicobar State Centre (ANSC) is organising a Technical Lecture on “Advanced Equipment for Testing Soil, Cement, Concrete & Bitumen” on Friday, 10 March, 2017 at 3 pm at ALHW Conference Hall.
