Port Blair, Mar 08: Two absconding accused of Nayagaon Daylight robbery case, in which a lady was badly injured, have been arrested by PS Aberdeen.
Yesterday in a Bollywood style robbery attempt, three people, including one Burkha-clad lady, entered a house at Nayagaon, posing as PBMC revenue staffs, and tried to loot cash and gold. But they were caught because of the alertness of a shopkeeper and other residents of the area.
The three accused reportedly attacked and injured the owner of the house, who is an old lady but while escaping, one of the accused, a lady, was caught by people of the area while two other accused, both males, escaped from the spot.
The PS Aberdeen has now identified both absconding accused and arrested them. As per details the two accused are Sandeep Guha, a resident of Shadipur and Bipul ,a resident of Garacharma. As per details Sandeep Guha has past records of crimes.
