Port Blair, Feb 09: The Circuit Sitting of CAT, Calcutta Bench at Port Blair will be held from Feb 20 to March 6, 2017 (both days inclusive), to dispose of cases pending in the Court of Central Administration Tribunal. Fresh applications will also be entertained during this period. The Departments which are having CAT cases have been asked to contact the Government Pleader / Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the cases of the Administration. Head of Departments have also been requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleader/ Panel Advocates at the time of hearing.
