Port Blair, Feb 02: ‘Mera Desh Badal Raha Hai-Age badh Raha Hai” photo exhibition is being displayed at Forest Club, oralkatcha, Baratang which was inaugurated by Shri R. Alager Swamy, Zilla Parisad Member, North & Middle Zilla Parisad yesterday in presence of Shri Rajendra Verma, ACF, Baratang, Field Exhibition Officer, DAVP, Port Blair, Ward Members & general public.
Shri Alager, Zilla Parisad Member lauded the efforts of DAVP in disseminating the information about various welfare schemes of the Government of India. He appreciated the idea of holding exhibitions with interesting photographs.
Shri VSVN Kumar, Field Exhibition Officer, DAVP, Port Blair said that the exhibition is an enlightening effort as one gets to know so much about the welfare schemes of the Government of India. He underlined the importance of such exhibitions and called upon the public to support them.
The Exhibition will remain open for general up to 05/02/2017
The exhibition is being organized by the Port Blair Unit of DAVP, a wing of the Information and Broadcasting Ministry of Government of India.
