Diglipur, Jan 31: A Bye Election for the Gram Panchayat member constituencies of Nabagram-3 of Nabagram Gram Panchayat under Diglipur Tehsil and Nilambur 4 of Nilambur Gram Panchayat under Rangat Tehsil respectively are to be held on the 5th February and counting will be held on 6th February. Both days are declared as DRY DAY for smooth conduct of Bye Election.
