Port Blair, Jan 20: A solemn function will be organized at the Netaji Statue; Marina Park on 23rd January 2017 at 8 am to pay floral tribute to Netaji on his birth anniversary. The Lt. Governor, the Member of Parliament & Chief Secretary, A&N Administration will lead the tribute.
