Port Blair, Dec 08: The Cyclone “Vardah” which is near Andaman Islands is likely to intensify into a severe cyclone by early morning 5.00 am on 9th December 2016. Very high speed winds accompanied by heavy rainfall are expected. General Public are advised to remain indoors.
