Port Blair, Nov 27: One Jawan of Indian Reserve Battalion, who was a part of a team, which was deputed to control mob, infront of G B Pant Hospital today, sustained serious injuries, when some protesters pelted stones on IRBn Jawans.
As per sources, the IRBn Jawan Kuldeep was trying to control the stone pelting mob when he suffered injuries. The Police Department has registered a case in this regard and will be taking action soon.
Presently the IRBn Jawan is admitted in the GB Pant Hospital for treatment of injuries on his face and hands.
