Port Blair, Oct 27: To improve Police-Public relations and to increase community outreach, the A & N Police Fire Service will conduct a five-day training programme at Police Fire Service Training Centre, Fire Headquarters, Aberdeen Bazar from Nov 7-11, 2016 from 3.30 pm to 5 pm. During the training, participants will be trained on mechanism of fire initiation and spread, dealing with rural and urban fire accidents, rescue methods and medical first aid, fire prevention and fire protection measures, housekeeping and handling fire fighting equipments. Heads of various departments of the administration have been requested to nominate officials for the training latest by the forenoon on Nov 7.
