Port Blair, Oct 17: The Directorate of Education proposes to conduct selection trial for finalization of Island School Sqay martial Art team for participation in the 62nd SGFI National School Sqay Martial Art Championship to be held at Madgoan, Goa from Nov 4-6, 2016.The final selection trial of bonafide students of age group of U-14 and U-17 for Sqay Martial Art for different weight category will be conducted on Oct 19 and 20 at Govt. Model Sr. Secondary School campus from 2 pm to 5 pm. Students born on or after 01.01.2000 / 01.01.2003 and studying in class X /VIII or below are eligible to participate in the selection trial for U-17/U-14 respectively. Interested students of private and Govt. schools have been requested to attend the selection trial in proper kit along with bonafide Certificate of the school, a copy of birth certificate and previous year final exam marks statement.
