Port Blair, Oct 13: On 13 Oct 16 Deputy Director General TN,P&AN NCC Dte Commodore Vijesh Kumar Garg ,VSM visited Port Blair to oversee the progress of all three wings of NCC in the islands.
A Guard of Honour was presented to the Deputy Director General by Senior Division NCC cadets of Army & Naval Wing. After Guard of Honour Deputy Director General Interacted with Staff and cadets. He complimented the Staff for their efforts. The Commanding Officer of Army and Naval Wing NCC briefed the Deputy Director General on functioning of all three wings of NCC.
The DDG also paid a curtsey call on the Hon LG at Raj Bhavan and briefed him about the functioning of NCC in the islands. He also appraised him about the high motivation level of the young cadets and their good job they have been doing.
