Port Blair, Oct 12: It is brought to the notice of all the Traders, Auto rickshaw owners/drivers and other concerned Govt./Semi Government Establishments of North & Middle Andaman District that Assistant Controller (LM) along with the team of the Directorate of Civil Supplies shall camp at North & Middle Andaman from 14.10.2016 to 23.10.2016 for verification and stamping of all the Weighing & Measuring Instrument used in the said area. The tentative schedule of the camping area-wise is as under:-

Further, it is for the information of the concerned that in case anyone is found using unverified/faulty weighing & measuring instruments at North & Middle Andaman District after the above stipulated time, it will be viewed seriously and stringent legal action as prescribed under law shall be initiated against them.
