New Delhi, Sep 23: The Lt Governor, Prof Jagdish Mukhi called on the Union Minister of Human Resource Development, Shri Prakash Javadekar at New Delhi on 22nd September 2016 and discussed the issue of opening of an university in A&N Islands. He also discussed issues relating to development of education sector in the islands.
