Port Blair, Sep 19: The Lt Governor, Prof Jagdish Mukhi, accompanied by the First Lady of the Islands, Smt. Prem Mukhi visited Havelock on 18th September 2016 and interacted with the PRI members at Dolphin Resort. The PRI members apprised the Lt Governor on various issues and problems of the people on the basis of merit.
The Lt Governor directed the concerned departments to resolve the issues expeditiously. The Lt Governor also visited the Primary Health Centre Havelock, interacted with the patients and enquired about the health care facilities provided in this PHC.
Thereafter, the Lt Governor visited Senior Secondary School, Havelock and inspected the school facilities.
The Lt Governor also visited Radhanagar & Elephant beaches. The Lt Governor and the First Lady also interacted with the tourists.
