On the auspicious occasion of “Id-Ul-Zuha” (Bakrid), I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Id-Ul-Zuha, also known as Id-Ul-Qurban, is the festival of sacrifices connected with the great pilgrimage, Yamum-Ul-Adha.
May this festival strengthen the bond of brotherhood among the Islanders.
