Port Blair, Sept 12: The Adhyaksha, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman, Smt Minati Biswas, has congratulated Mr Chanchal Singha Roy, Graduate Trained Teacher of the Education Department for being conferred the National Award for Best Teacher 2015 by the President of India. In a release, Smt Biswas appreciated the dedication and commitment of Mr Roy for providing quality education to the students of these islands.
