Port Blair, Sept 12: The Pradhan, Mannarghar, Mr O. Bashir has congratulated the members of Being United Mannarghat (BUM) Team for winning the Island league-cum-knockout football tournament trophy organized by Habib Ahmed, Nyapuram at Wimberlygunj Playground. The final match was played between Mannarghat and Ferrargunj team on Sunday and Mannarghat team won the final match by 4-1 goals.
