Port Blair, August 23: A State Transport Service Bus that was on the way to Kadamtala met with an accident inside tribal reserve area close to Jirkatang Check post. As per details the accident took place nearly 14 km after the check post.
As per reports, the bus skidded and hit a huge tree. There were around 37 passengers on the bus. A minor girl suffered minor injuries in the accident, who was shifted to Ferrargunj Hospital immediately. Sources said that the bus will be pulled out tomorrow.
