Port Blair, Aug 21: A Tree Plantation Drive was conducted by the NCC Cadets and students of GSSS, Telugu Medium Haddo and GPS, Haddo (English Medium) at their school campus on 19.08.2016.
The NCC Cadets, students & teachers planted saplings (provided by Forest Dept.) at the school premises.
The Principal of GSSS, Telugu Medium, Haddo, Shri. Girijesh K Rai & Head Misstress of GPS, Haddo (English Medium) Smti. Reba Bhavani was present on the occasion to give guidance and enthusiasm to the cadets and students.
The whole event was coordinated by the ANO and the Instructors of NCC.
