Port Blair, Aug 18: Power supply will remain suspended from 0730 hours to 1600 hours on August 20, 2016, for maintenance of T&D system at Haddo Wharf and servicing & maintenance of RMUs in front of CE’s APWD office, DC’s office, shifting of HT Line at Atlanta Point and cutting of mango tree at Nayagaon village. The areas to be affected included Vidyut Bhawan, Electricity HQ Office, PBMC Auditorium, APWD CE Office, Secretariat, Court Complex, PAO, Raj Niwas area, Gandhi Park, Haddo, Haddo Wharf, Foreshore Road and up to Civil Aviation Delanipur, Atlanta Point, Cellular Jail and Aberdeen Bazaar Electricity Site Office area, Doctors’ Colony, Rainbow Colony up to Nayagaon Kali Mandir. The above works shall be carried out, subject to weather condition.
