Port Blair, Aug 9: Mr Suresh Subramaniam’s short film on ‘Alcoholism’ bagged the first prize in the competition organised by the Andaman and Nicobar Police. Mr K Bharati Kannan’s secured the second while Mr K Raja Kumar won the third prize in the short film contest which was judged by a panel of three independent judge.
