Port Blair, Aug 8: the valedictory function for the week long World Breast Feeding Week-2016 was held on Monday at ANIIMS. Maj. Gen. R P Choubey, VSM (Retd.), Director, ANIIMS, reiterated the importance of breast feed and congratulated all the faculty members of the Department of Paediatrics, OBS & Gynaecology and Community Medicine for successful conduct of weeklong programmes. He especially congratulated the Principal, Faculty and students of ANM School who participated in the quiz, slogan and poster competition held on 04th August 2016. ANM students performed very well during various competition. Director distributed prizes and certificates to all the participants of various competition.
