Rangat, July 31: Rangat area of North & Middle Andaman has experienced more than 19 hour long power outage as nearly 12 electric poles got damaged due to heavy winds yesterday, creating huge problems for the residents of the area.
As per reports, the other parts of North & Middle Andaman like Kadamtala, Baratang also faced 12 hour long power cut. It is learnt that after working day and night the electricity workers anyhow managed to rectify the faults and electric poles after which the electricity was restored.
