Port Blair, July 22: The Andaman and Nicobar Command will conduct the 9th multi-specialty health camp at CHC Kamorta and Kakana Village on July 27 and at PHC Campbell Bay on July 28. The Andaman and Nicobar Command has been conducting health camps in consonance with the vision of the Commander-in-Chief Andaman and Nicobar Command, Vice Admiral Bimal Verma, AVSM, to improve the health status of all personnel residing in these remote islands. A Dermatologist, Officer Commanding Station Health Organistaion (Port Blair), an ENT specialist from INHS Dhanvantari, two Medical Officers and Paramedical staff will participate in the health camp.
In addition to continuing the health survey of children at Kamorta, the Officer Commanding Station Health Organisation (Port Blair) will also deliver a lecture on adolescent health to school children on July 27.
