Port Blair, July 21: The Met Office has forecast heavy rains (07-11 cms) to occur at isolated places over Andaman & Nicobar islands in the next 48 hours. The general public is advised to take precautionary measures and contact the State Control Room, District Control Room and Emergency Operation Centres in case of any emergency.
