Diglipur, July 15: Under the leadership of the Assistant Commissioner, Diglipur, Mr A K Trivedi , teams of Revenue and Civil Supply staffs of Diglipur conducted a surprise inspection in fish market and Vegetable market today to check the various Weight and Measurement Instrument/equipments used by shopkeepers.
As per reports, the team has seized all weighing/measuring instruments which were not up to the standard as per the law.
It was found that 6 measurement equipments at fish market and 16 measurement equipments at Vegetable market were not as per the standard, prescribed under the law. Further action were taken as per the law.
