Port Blair, July 5: The Adhyaksha, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman, Smt Minati Biswas has expressed gratitude to the Secretary, Social Welfare for providing five Sewing Machines to the unemployed women of Mannarghat Panchayat under Ferrargunj tehsil. The demand was raised by Smt Biswas during her visit to the village in January this year.
