Port Blair, June 20: A person namely SK Muji-bar, a resident of Dilanipur, who had lost his ATM Card recently has registered a complaint at Chatham Police Station that someone has withdrawn an amount of Rs 9000 from his account, using the ATM card.
As per sources, the money was withdrawn yesterday from Central Bank of India, ATM situated at Dilanipur.
Sources further said that the victim came to know about the matter today after which he immediately reported the matter in the Chatham Police Station.
It is learnt that Chatham Police has registered a case and started investigation in this matter.
However, it is yet not clear that how someone could withdraw money from a stolen ATM without knowing about the PIN number.
