Port Blair, June 15: Degree certificates to the eligible learners will be issued at the 29th Convocation of IGNOU from the Regional Centre here as decided by the competent authority without holding the convocation function. Students who have completed their Programme in December-2014/June-2015 Term-end Examination are eligible to receive the Certificates. Therefore, the eligible students of all the Master Degree, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Diploma Programmes will be collected their certificate from the IGNOU, Regional Centre Port Blair by submitting the prescribed application form (which already been sent to eligible learners) along with the requisite fee Rs. 400/- in favour of IGNOU, Payable at Port Blair at the IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair. The student registered on line/off line to get the degree certificate of 29th Convocation have been requested to collect their certificates at IGNOU, Regional Centre Port Blair by submitting the self attested copy of acknowledgement which received from on line/off line (Regional Centre) when they submitted the convocation application earlier.
