Port Blair, June 10: The Indian Meteorological Department, Kolkata has forecast rain or thundershower at a few places over ANI for next 3 days. Under the influence of strong Southwest monsoon current, Southwesterly wind speed between 35 and 45 kmph and generally rough seas likely along and off Andaman & Nicobar coasts. Fishermen have been advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea.
Lowered Local cautionary signal (LCS) Number III at Port Blair Port. The general public have been advised to take precautionary measures and contact the State Control Room, District Control Room and Emergency Operation Centres in case of any emergency.
