Port Blair, May 26: The Indian Meteorological Department, RMC Kolkata has forecast rain or thundershower at most places over Andaman & Nicobar Islands in the next 72 hours. Under the influence of moderate to strong Southwest Monsoon current, strong Southwesterly wind speed between 30 to 35 kmph gusting to 45 Kmph and moderate to rough seas likely along and off A & N coast. Lowered LCS-III at Port Blair Ports. General public have been advised to take precautionary measures and contact the State Control Room, District Control Room and Emergency Operation Centres in case of any emergency.
