Port Blair, May 6: In the District Level Yoga Olympiad for the secondary level (Class IX –X (14-16 Yrs age group)). G Venkat Narayana, RV Dinakaran, K Karumalai Kannan and Jagdish Baraik from Port Blair zone secured the first, second, third and fourth positions respectively. In the girls division, P Madhuri, V Nandhini, K Gita and A Rajeshwari from Port Blair zone secured the top four positions.
Winners of the District level Yoga Olympiad will participate in the State level Yoga Olympiad. 16 participants each from three Districts of A & N Islands i.e North & Middle Andaman, Nicobar and South Andaman shall participate in the State level Yoga Olympiad scheduled to be held at Port Blair on May 11.
