Port Blair, April 28: The Andaman and Nicobar Rowing Association will the conduct a Selection Trial on May 5 and 6, 2016 at the SAG Water Sports Centre, Sippighat from 8 am for selection of team for the 19th Sub Junior National Rowing Championship and 1st Inter State Challenger Sprint National Rowing Championship scheduled to be held in Tamil Nadu Amateur Rowing Association, Chennai from June 7, 2016.
The birth certificates will have to be produced by participants for the Sub Junior Boys and Girls during registration. For the Sub Junior under 15 category, participants should be born on or after 1st January 2001 and for U-13 Sub Junior Girls and Boys, the participants should be born on 1st January 2003 for the Double Sculls Events.
Interested sportspersons for the Selection Trial can register their names with Mr Easudasan, SAI Rowing Coach and Mr D Rama Rao, SYA Rowing Coach, SAI SAG Centre during working days from 10 am to 1 pm.
