Kalighat, Apr 22: A 19 year old boy of Narayan Tikry area of North Andaman was arrested on Thursday for raping a minor girl. The boy had reportedly taken advantage of the girl, promising her to marry. When the matter was reported to the police station the boy was arrested immediately under POCSO act and produced to appropriate court from where he was sent to Judicial Custody.
