Port Blair, May 11: It is for the information of General Public, Tour Operators, Tourists and others that the Jolly Buoy Island in Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park (MGMNP) Wandoor shall remain closed for the tourism activities with effect from 16.05.2012 to 31.10.2012, consequent upon end of fair weather season as intimated vide Ministry of Shipping, M.M.D letter No.PB/2(216)/2008-III/564 dated 15/10/2009. However, the Red Skin Island in MGMNP shall remain open for the tourism activities during the above said period subject to weather conditions and other guidelines issued from time to time.
