Port Blair, April 8: The Andaman Karate Association (AKA) Kyokushin Kai Kan, recognised by International Karate Organization (IKO Matsushima), Japan, has opened a new Centre in Manpur, South Andaman recently in the premises of Manpur Durga Mandap. The Instructor of AKA, Sempai Arjun Das inaugurated the centre in the presence of Pradhan, Collinpur, Mr Mahadev Majhi and Member, Ferrargunj Panchayat Samity, Mr Bikash Das. The Honorary General Secretary of AKA, Mr Ratan Golder highlighted the activities of the karate association. About 25 learners along with their parents and some senior karatekas of AKA attended the function. The Centre will function two days in a week i.e on Wednesday and Saturday.
