Port Blair, April 7: The President, Pradesh Congress Committee, Mr Kuldeep Rai Sharma on behalf of the party has congratulated Mr Naresh Chander Lall, renowned film Director and Producer of Andaman and Nicobar Islands on receiving the prestigious Padmashree Award 2016 from the President of India. Mr Lall has done all of the islanders proud in bagging this award for his contribution in the field of Art-Theater and Cinema.
