Port Blair, April 5: Ensuring zero tolerance against serious offences, the South Andaman District Special Team apprehended Rajesh Kumar Bepari (33) yrs, R/o Atlanta Point and Sufal Mondal (22) yrs R/o Shadipur on Monday and seized 450 gms of illicit ganja from their possession.
A case vide crime No. 54/16 dated 04/04/2016 u/s 20(b)(ii)(B) NDPS Act 1985 has been registered at PS Pahargaon. Further investigation of the case is in progress. The general public have been requested to pass on any credible information on any illegal activity on the telephone numbers: 233077, 232405, 232400, 250525 & 100. The informant will be suitably rewarded and his/her identity will be kept secret.
