Port Blair, March 30: The Member of Parliament, Mr Bishnu Pada Ray will inaugurate a Photo Exhibition titled Vikas Ki Nayi Udaan at Andaman Club, opposite Netaji Stadium on March 31, 2016 at 4 pm. The exhibition is being organized by the Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity, Govt. of India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The Adhyaksha, South Andaman Zilla Parishad, Smt Minati Biswas and the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Mr VK Bidhuri will grace the occasion as the guests of honor.
