Port Blair, May 09: A man reportedly fell into the sea this evening while he was trying to board a ferry boat at Chatham Jetty. According to reports available here the incident happened at around 7.00 pm and soon Police Marine Force vessels were called to trace out the body.
Till last report poured in, the body could not be traced by the staffs of PMF boats. “The search is on with Commando lights, divers are yet to come,” said a police official at the spot. It has been learnt that the police department has requested the Indian Coast Guard to send their divers to locate the body. The identity of the person is yet not known.
