On the joyous occasion of ‘HOLI’, I extend my warm greetings to the people of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Holi, the festival of colours, is symbolic of the triumph of good over evil. It is also time for rejoicing and represents one of the most colourful events in the cultural fabric of our country.
