Port Blair, Feb 12: The Sea Sand allotment committee of Andaman & Nicobar Administration has allotted a quantity of 2000 Cum. Sea Sand from Diglipur Forest Division for the use of general public of Mayabunder Division jurisdiction vide CCF (CZ & FC) and Member Secretary SAC’s Endorsement No. CF/FCA/3-1/VOL-XIII/271 dated 20.11.2015.
The general public of this division who had submitted their applications in the year 2011 & 2012 for sea sand for their domestic use are informed that the permit for collection of sea sand will be issued to 206 applicants as per recommended of the committee constituted for the scrutiny of the application received. The list of 206 applicants is displayed in the Notice Board of Divisional Forest Office, Mayabunder, Range Offices at Tugapur, Mayabunder and Karmatang. The general publics of Mayabunder area are informed that the permit will be issued from the Divisional Forest Office, Diglipur.
Further, new applications are also invited from the general public of Mayabunder Forest Division. The applicants may submit their application in the prescribed format which may be obtained from the office of the Divisional Forest officer, Mayabunder along with photocopies of land records, photo identity card, proof of address to the Divisional Forest Officer, Mayabunder Forest Division, Aranya Bhavan for further processing on or before 10.03.2016.
