Port Blair, May 08: Referring the meeting of the Administrator’s Advisory committee held in October, 2011, Mr R Mohan, the State President has sent a letter to the Lt Governor and the Chief Secretary to recall the discussion held in the matter of enhancing the seats and class rooms in JNRM.
In his letter Mohan has stated that last year the Administration had to get some extra seats from the Pondicherry University to accommodate the left out students, for which the Party had to send so many letters of requests to the duo.
“Since the pass percentage of the isles is increasing year by year, the Administration must take prior action for getting more seats from the Pondi University in all the streams viz Science, Arts, Commerce and Computer so that no student of these isles gets frustrated being refused admission in JNRM,” Mohan said in his letter.
