Billyground, December 11: A 30-year-old woman, Marry Kumari W/o Monglu R/o of RRO, Betapur immolated herself yesterday. The woman poured Kerosene and set herself on fire yesterday at 1:30 am, at her home.
It is learnt that the woman was addicted to liquor because of which there used to regular fights in her home with her husband.
As per sources, yesterday after a major quarrel with her husband, she decided to take this extreme step.
According to reports, Marry Kumari, mother of two, suffered severe burn injuries all over her body and she has now been referred to G B Pant Hospital. It is learnt that the Police has lodged an FIR of attempt to suicide.
