Port Blair, Dec 9: Due to urgent maintenance of one of 5 MW D.G. set at 20MW IPP Power Plant at Bambooflat, the Electricity Department will exercise one hour rotational load shedding on Dec 10, 2015 between 5 pm to 11 pm in Port Blair and South Andaman area. The load shedding will be carried out for only a day subject to availability of DG Set after repair. The electricity consumers are requested to cooperate with the department.
As per the schedule, power-cut will be exercised at Sippighat, Teylarabad, Bimblitan, Manjeri, Guptapara, Manglutan, Wandoor, Chouldari Tushnabad, Port Mount, Tirur, Templemyo & Ograbranj, CARI, AKT Miniplex, Bird Line, Calicut, Kamaraj Nagar, Beodnabad, Rangachang, Burmanallah & Chidiyatapu, Shadipur, South Point, Mazaar Pahad, Machi Line, RGT Road, Govt.
