Hutbay, November 06: A 16 year old boy, while coming downhill in a bike, without start, met with a major accident at Rabindra Nagar, 28 KM this evening.
According to reports, the 16 year old boy namely Navin Dey while coming downhill at around 6.15 pm, hit a pedestrian as he could not see him due to darkness and also because light of his bike was switched off.
The pedestrian Mr. Birochondu Chakraborthy sustained serious injuries. Mr. Chakraborthy reportedly suffered fracture on his left leg. The Police has registered a case, in this regard.
