Port Blair, November 23: Baba Ramdev is all set to visit the islands on 8th of December 2015. He will also be conducting Yog Treatment and Meditation Camp for the people of the Islands at Netaji Stadium, Port Blair from 09th December to 13th December.
Addressing a press conference at Patanjali office Gurudwara Line, Mr Rakesh Kumar, Central Spokesperson, Patanjali requested the islanders to attend the camp of Baba Ramdev and learn the techniques to keep themselves away from diseases.
He said that the camp will start on 4:45 am to 7:30am at Netaji Stadium, Port Blair and they have also constituted 30 teams to take care of the crowd.
He further said that Patanjali has also requested the administration to arrange a trip of people from Nicobar to the venue so that they can also learn to keep themselves away from diseases. He also said that Patanjali is also trying to arrange bus facilities in the morning hours from all locations by speaking to the STS department so that it may become easy for the public to reach the venue.
He further added that people suffering from diabetes, BP etc will be taught by the yogpurush to control their diseases.
Later addressing the press conference, Mr Amit Goel, Camp Co-ordinator said that Baba Rajdev will be arriving here on 8th of December and will be visiting on the same day to Cellular Jail where he will also felicitate the family members of freedom fighters.
He further said that the camp is free for the general public but those who want to sit in the front during the camp can avail tickets costing Rupees 2100, 1100, 500, 100.
