Port Blair, Nov 18: Nehru Yuva Kendra Car-Nicobar organized district level youth convention on 17th November 2015 from 10am at Perak village community hall. In this convention 60participants (4participants from each village) were participated from 15 villages of car-nicobar. In this programme sport materials were also distributed to the all village youth secretary and various topics were also discussed.
In this programme Shri Deepak Yadav IPS Superintendent of Police Nicobar district was the chief guest and Shri Jonhn Lavi 1stHeadman of Mus village was the guest of honor. Dr.Shweta of BJR hospital and Dr.Zakaria SMS, KVK Car-Nicobar was the guest lecturer. During the convention various topic like Role of youth in the sector of health, hygienic & sanitation by Dr. shweta, Self employment scheme and opportunity through live stoke by Dr.Zakaria SMS ,KVK Car-Nicobar, Sports & Youth leadership by Shri Deepak Yadav, IPS, SP Nicobar district and role and function of NYKs throughout India were discussed.
Further sports materials were distributed to the all villages Youth secretary by the hands chief guest and other guest.
Shri S.R.Biswas District Youth Coordinator welcome the chief guest and other guest and brief about the convention and he also brief about the role and function of NYKS throughout India. At the end of the programme DYC Car-Nicobar gave the vote of thanks to the chief guest other guest, and all the participants.
